During my Zoom classes, I keep an eye on each participant, and suggest adjustments to ensure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. I will demonstrate each exercise, offering verbal instructions as well.

These classes are open level, which means that I will demonstrate exercise adaptations for beginners and progressions for more advanced students.
No matter how small or large your workout room, I’ll provide adaptations to help you make the most of your space.
What you’ll need
You’ll need to set your computer camera so that I can see your entire body while exercising. This way, I’ll be able to observe your movements and offer corrections or exercise adaptations.
You may keep your camera off if you prefer, just note that I won’t be able to offer you corrections.
All you really need to get started is an exercise mat.
I do incorporate props in my classes, such as a yoga block, resistance band, or small (1 or 2 pound) hand-held weights, but all exercises may be done without them.
